He was easy to communicate with and even got everything done in one day when multiple set backs occurred. I will definitely be reaching out to Adam for any future home projects. Adam and his team repaired two textured ceilings that another contractor attempted to repair but left with dismal results. Needless to say, these ceilings (along with two other ceilings Adam primed and painted) now look amazing. Adam blended the texture very well - it looks original. He is meticulous and particular about his work; and it shows in a high quality job. When discussing repair to a soffit, Adam quicky identified the likely cause of the damage. His team repaired the soffit as well as addressed the root cause to prevent further issues. Adam is punctual and communicates well. He and Eric were respectful of my property by taking the time to enclose the work areas, protect surfaces and furnishings, and throughly clean after completion. The bathrooms on the family property did not just need a new paint job, it needed a major overhaul. I researched, reviewed, and graded four (4) specific contractors that had to be licensed and insured (bonded), by their experience, their reviews/ praises, and pictures/videos of their work. I am in my 70’s and have had painting and repairs done in my home, only to find out later that ‘corners had been cut’, but not the cost. We, after grading, I gave Adams Painting and Repairs three (3) stars, while the others only received 1 star, and I had not even spoken with Adam yet. NEXT, I PRAYED, and felt that indeed, he was the contractor to call. Mr. Adam was very pleasant and after he reviewed my video and pictures, he was able to give me an initial quote. I appreciate the fact that he was upfront and to the point about payment procures and was very patient while addressing and answering all my questions regarding what the entire process would entail. During the process, another issue had to be addressed, and the add-on cost was very fair, and I am thankful that the problem was addressed and fixed. To say the least, Adam and his assistant were very respectful, no cursing, no loud music, the clean was excellent. I was able to focus on my Bible study the entire time. For excellent and outstanding service, the cost was fair and definitely worth it. I will now be using Adams Painting and Repairs for all my future need and projects.
